Payment for our products or services must be made in full before delivery. We accept the following forms of payment: BACS transfer, cheque or cash. Cleared funds must be in our account before the spa is dispatched.
Before placing your order online, you must contact us first. We will ask you to fill out a pre-delivery order form which will ask questions about the access available, base/foundation, electrical supply, product specification etc. The price you pay for your goods is the price advertised when you place your order. If a product on the web site is not available, incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Fresh Hot Tubs shall not be obliged to sell you that product. All orders for products are subject to availability and Fresh Hot Tubs reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
The contract may be cancelled up to 1 week before delivery of the unit with no cost incurred by the purchaser. We do not accept returns if the item is a special order or has been customised in any way.
After delivery, the purchaser has the right to return the goods at their expense within 14 days, provided the equipment is in its original condition and has not been connected to mains power or water added or installed in any way.
As the cost of transport for these items can vary from £250 to over £500 where a crane is involved, we encourage purchasers to fully explore the choices available to them and visit our showroom if they wish to see the product first hand. Once the product has been agreed and delivered, the responsibility passes to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you, and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the client. The cost of returning large items can be expensive, £500 for Hot Tubs, and considerably more for swim spas. Any costs for craning / lifting equipment are the responsibility of the client.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less the costs of delivery to us (if for any reason these costs have not been paid by you).
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

All deliveries are curbside, by completing a purchase through our website you are agreeing to this method of delivery.
Hot Tubs and/or Swim Spas ordered from us will be fully installed by our members of staff at the location requested by you. Please note the following requirements which need to be met before the installation team arrives:
If we are unable to install the item because of issues outside of our control, you will be responsible for any additional costs we incur. A re-delivery charge will be payable in such instances.
Please note that we do not provide any crane services. A crane may be required if you intend to install our Products in locations which are not readily accessible. In the event that you contract with a third-party supplier to offer crane services, these arrangements will not form part of your contract with us. Any loss or damage will be the entire responsibility of the third-party supplier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the crane is fully insured and available at the time we have arranged to deliver your product(s). The date and time will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
In the event that we are unable to complete the installation due to the fault of you and/or your third-party supplier who you have contracted, we will be required to rearrange delivery and installation (a re-delivery and installation charge will be payable in such instances.)
Recommend a friend. If you introduce a friend to Fresh Hot Tubs that purchases, a spa, swim spa or garden room from us, you will receive a thank you gift of, £100 for a Spa, Swim spa or Garden Room up to £4999, £300 for a Spa, Swim spa or Garden Room between £5000 – £9,999, and £500 for a Spa, Swim spa or Garden Room over £10,000. The funds will be transferred by BACS transfer once the spa, swim spa or garden room have been sold, installed and after the 14 day cool off period. A prospective client (or family member living in the same household) cannot recommend themselves. The recommend a friend promotion can be withdrawn at any time. Any clients that have been recommended to us before the promotion has ended will still be honoured once the transaction has been completed (within 6 months).
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including item descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Incorrect chemical balancing may result in your warranty being void. This condition includes but is not limited to: chemicals, fragrances, cleaning products, beauty products.
